The Portland English Language Academy offers affordable homestay and student house options for international students studying English in Portland, Oregon.

HOUSING PLACEMENT FEE	$75
AIRPORT PICK-UP FEE	$25
HOMESTAY FEE PER MONTH. Includes 2 meals per day	$600
STUDENT HOUSE ROOM FEE PER MONTH	$635
STUDENT HOUSE SECURITY DEPOSIT. 100% refundable at move-out	$250
STUDENT HOUSE ONE-TIME UPKEEP FEE. Not refundable	$50

Please send fee payment by regular mail or you can pay with credit card by email over the phone. To pay by wire transfer, please contact the school for bank information.

Housing placement fee, airport pick-up fee, and a $300 housing deposit must be received before we arrange housing. Housing placement is not guaranteed with less than 14 days notice.
