I had wonderful time in PELA. Before I came to Portland, I felt speaking and learning English was very stressful. After studying at PELA, I love English now!

PELA is wonderful! The teachers are very nice and friendly in each class. The class sizes are small, so everyone can work and do their best to learn English. I really enjoyed Intensive English because I learned lot of new vocabulary, and with pronunciation a can use them!
