We are happy you have chosen our school for you study abroad experience. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

We have English study programs for students who are studying abroad on F-1 Student Visas, Tourist Visas, Cultural Exchange Visas, and 90-day Visa waivers (no visas).

We welcome permanent residents, too.




If you are a study abroad student, but not entering the US using an F-1 Student Visa, please send us:
  1. The School Application Form. Please send by email directly from our website. Please click HERE to find the School Application Form.
  2. A $35 Application Fee.
After we receive these 2 things, your application will be complete.




If you are a study abroad student and you are entering the US using an F-1 Student Visa, please send us:
  1. The School Application Form. Please send by email directly from our website. Please click HERE to find the School Application Form.
  2. A $35 Application Fee.
  3. An official Bank Statement. Please send by email, fax or regular mail. Our fax number is 503-226-1244. We need this to make your I-20. It should show at least $3500...but more is better for the US Embassy. The bank account can be in your name, in your parent's name, or a sponsor's name. The bank can be in your country or in America.
  4. The $200 I-901 SEVIS fee. The SEVIS fee is NOT a school fee. This fee must be paid to the US Government to get your student visa. You can pay it yourself or we can help you pay it. If you want our help, you can send the SEVIS fee to our school, we will pay it to the US Government and send you a receipt.
After we receive these 4 things, we can send your I-20 form and your SEVIS receipt to you by mail. Then, you can take your passport, your I-20, your bank statement, and your $100 I-901 SEVIS receipt to the US Embassy to apply for your student visa.





If you are a study abroad student and you are transferring from another school in the U.S., please send us:
  1. The School Application Form. Please send by email directly from our website. Please click HERE to find the School Application Form.
  2. A $35 Application Fee.
  3. An official Bank Statement. Please send by email, fax or regular mail. Our fax number is 503-226-1244. We need this to make your I-20.   4. The Fax Number of your old school's ESL office.
You can pick up your new I-20 in our office or we can mail it to you. If you are transferring from another school in the US, you do not have to pay the SEVIS fee again.





If you are asking for housing placement from our school, please send us:
  1. The Housing Request Form. Please send by email directly from our website. Please click HERE to find the Housing Request Form.
  2. A $75 Housing Placement Fee.
  3. A $25 Airport Pick-up Fee. This service is required for homestays.
  4. A $300 Housing Deposit. This will be part of your first month's homestay fee. You can pay the remaining amount directly to your homestay when you arrive.
After we receive these housing fees, we will arrange your housing. The housing deposit and the airport pick up fee are 100% refundable if you cancel your housing at least 14 days before you arrive. All other fees are not refundable.





All fees can be paid by:

  • Money order
  • Traveler's check
  • Wire transfer


  • Please send fee payment by regular mail or you can pay with credit card by email over the phone. To pay by wire transfer, please contact the school for bank information.

    Housing placement fee, airport pick up fee, and a $300 housing deposit must be received before we arrange housing.

    Tuition payment is due on the day of the placement test and school orientation.
